Dear Customer,

After declaring the state of alarm this past weekend, and specifically the state of confinement, in our area, we want to inform you that, despite the adverse conditions of this situation, BRAID will maintain its operations and, therefore, the supply of products and services as normal as possible, giving priority at all times to the health and safety of the people.

Given the health situation for COVID-19, we want to inform you that we are in contact with the Public Health Office, taking the measures that are determined, according to their criteria.

This includes our services to all our distributors and customers, despite the borders closure, although product service is maintained, and also despite the fact that our workforce has been diminished due to the inability to access our factory by employees residing outside the confined area, in which we are located.

Given the uncertainty of this complicated and unprecedented situation, we will adapt our decisions on a daily basis according to its evolution, always with the aim to minimize the impact that we all may suffer, to maintain our service, as well as to guarantee the health of our employees. and people with whom we come into contact.
